The Bronx Experience

Monroe University’s Bronx campus offers the ultimate urban experience. A fixture since 1967 of the lively Fordham section of the Bronx, this commuter campus is only a 30-minute subway ride from midtown Manhattan's world-class culture, entertainment and business opportunities.

A Community of Commuters

Whether you’re looking to belt it out at karaoke, join a field trip to the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum or show off your skills with the Triple S Steppers, there’s always something happening on the Bronx campus.

MAKE A MEAL PLAN

Grab lunch with friends at the JAG. We cook up delicious dishes every day in our on-campus cafeteria.

Club Life

Join a student club to advance your career, get creative or give back—your pick.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You’re part of a bigger community—the neighborhood. Monroe students get involved.

Athletics: Monroe Express Scores

With 11 varsity and junior varsity teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level, coupled with serious 360-degree support for student-athletes, Monroe Express is a contender. In the 2018–19 academic year, 20 players in the Bronx-based athletic program earned NJCAA All-Academic Student-Athlete awards.

I'll always remember when I first arrived on campus. It felt like home.
